Take 1 tablespoon of flour (about 2g) mix well with 2 tablespoons of sugar, then add 200ml of water at room temperature. Stir well and enjoy

Dosage

Adults 4 – 8g / day, children: 2 – 4g / day.

How to use

Drink, mask, put in baby porridge/soup/powder.

Preserve

Store in a dry place, away from light and heat. It is best to store in the refrigerator. Close the mouth of the bag after use.
