  • 1 tablespoon plain rice
  • 100g Fresh shrimp
  • 3 asparagus

2. Steps to cook shrimp and asparagus porridge

2.1: Preliminary processing

2.2 Wash rice and cook porridge

After soaking, we proceed to wash the rice 2-3 times to clean the rice. Next, add 250ml of water to the saucepan. Cook on the stove for about 25 – 30 minutes. Note: When cooking, keep the heat low and stir well to avoid the porridge being unappetizing.

2.3 Cook and grind shrimp with asparagus

Put the shrimp and asparagus in a pan, add a little water and heat on the stove over medium heat until the shrimp and asparagus are cooked.
Then, take the cooked shrimp and asparagus and grind it very finely and smooth. Add about 2 tablespoons of filtered water and grind for about 3 minutes, then pour the ingredients into a bowl.
