- 4kg fresh jade mushroom
- 100ml honey
- 20 liters of delicious glutinous rice wine (Choose a wine of 40 degrees Celsius)

- When you buy the jade mushroom, you wash the whole mushroom under clean running water
- Using your hands, separate the stem and tubers of the pearl mushroom separately
- Mix a pot of warm water, put the tubers in and soak for 5-7 minutes with warm water
- Using a toothbrush, carefully scrub the crevices in the tubers that adhere to the soil
- Rinse the body and tubers of the pearl mushroom for the last time under clean running water
- Let the shiitake mushrooms dry, drain completely
- The wine bottle is rinsed with a little white wine
- Use a clean cloth to dry the bottle. Let the jar dry and drain
