2.1 Preparation ingredients
- 50g oolong tea
- 250g full-fat milk powder
- 100ml condensed milk
- 50g flute mist powder
- 300g white sugar
- 3 teaspoons fine salt
- Pure water
2.2 Cook oolong milk tea
- Put 1.5 liters of purified water into the pot. Put the pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil
- Boil water, reduce heat to low. Put 50g of oolong tea in the pot. Stir gently for 10 minutes
- Pour the oolong tea into a clean plastic cup. Cover the mouth of the mug and brew the oolong tea for 20 minutes

- Close the mouth of the teapot. Store oolong tea for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator
2.3 Making flute jelly
- Peel off the flute powder package and pour it into a bowl
- Put 150g white sugar in a bowl of white sugar powder. Mix the powdered mist + white sugar together
- Put 1 liter of pure water in a pot, put it on the stove and bring to a boil over high heat
- Boil water, reduce heat to simmer. Pour the flour mixture into the pot and stir well with the boiling water over medium heat

2.4 Finished product

3. How to make unique cheese pearl milk oolong tea
3.1 Preparation ingredients
- 50g oolong tea
- 250g full-fat milk powder
- 100g tapioca flour
- 200g white sugar
- 50g powdered sugar (or confectioner’s sugar)
- 100ml condensed milk
- 3 teaspoons fine salt
- 8 laughing cow cheese
- Pure water
3.2 Cook oolong milk tea
- Put 1.5 liters of purified water into the pot. Put the pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil
- Boil water, reduce heat to low. Put 50g of oolong tea in the pot. Stir gently for 10 minutes
- Pour the oolong tea into a clean plastic cup. Cover the mouth of the mug and brew the oolong tea for 20 minutes

3.3 Make cheese pearls

- Put 70g of tapioca starch and 50g of powdered sugar in 2 separate bowls

- Put 500ml of pure water in a pot and put the pot of water on the stove to boil over high heat
- When the water boils, reduce the heat to low. Put each piece of cheese just finished above and boil for 20 minutes
