- White radish: 2 bulbs
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Chili: 1 fruit
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Vinegar: 50ml
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 2 tablespoons
1.2.2 Preliminary processing of raw materials
- White radish + carrot you bought, wash off the skin, wash with clean water and then drain
- Radish + carrot drained, put on a cutting board, cut into pieces just enough to eat with length, about 1 pinky finger
