3.1 Preparation ingredients
- 1-2kg of fresh jaggery
- 500g palm sugar
- 100g tapioca flour
- 50ml kiwi syrup
- 300ml fresh coconut water
- 20ml lemon juice
- Non-sugar fresh milk
- Clean ice cubes
- Pure water
3.2 Preliminary processing of jaggery
- After buying it, wash it under clean running water to remove the surrounding dirt
- Put jaggery in a bowl and put it in the freezer for 3-5 hours
- Thaw jaggery (Put jaggery in the freezer for the purpose of making it easier to peel the silk)
- Use a knife (or spoon) to peel off the silk covering the jaggery seeds outside
