- 200g wild shiitake mushrooms
- 1 medium lotus root (400 – 600g)
- 1 purple onion
- 2 green onions
- 1 liter pure water
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

- Shiitake mushrooms soak for 5 minutes in warm water. Let the mushrooms soften. Using scissors, completely cut off the base of the mushroom
- The lotus root is washed, peeled and cut into thin slices
